(Food Production & FMCG Domain)
- Ensure adherence to established microbiological standards and specifications for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products (Food Production & FMCG Division)
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate and complete documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), stock records, and laboratory records
- Strong knowledge of microbiology testing methods related to food & FMCG
- Perform sample preparation, sterilization, and incubation procedures.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems and procedures, participate in internal audits and quality reviews to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of GLP/GDP documentation practices
- Carry out swab testing, Factory environmental monitoring, and hygiene audits.
