- A Mother Teacher/Class Teacher for Grades I serves as the primary caregiver, responsible for teaching, value education, and co-curricular activities in a nurturing and structured environment.
- The role requires excellent command over spoken and written English, effective classroom management, and close monitoring of each child’s academic and emotional progress.
- The Mother Teacher fosters a safe, inclusive atmosphere, encourages positive behavior, develops communication and social skills, and maintains accurate records and assessments.
- She ensures regular, empathetic communication with parents, collaborates with subject specialists, participates in school events, and follows school policies, safety guidelines, and administrative requirements to support the holistic growth of every child.
