(Food Production & FMCG Domain)
- Perform testing for pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, Oil & Grease, Hardness, Chlorides, Sulphates etc.
- Maintain daily ETP log sheets and parameter reports
- Operate and monitor ETP units: pumps, blowers, aeration tanks, equalization tanks, dosing systems, sand/carbon filters and etc.
- Maintain proper flow rate and ensure smooth plant operation
- Monitor effluent quality and escalate deviations to the supervisor
- Maintain equipment readings, backwash schedules, and dosing logs
