- Coordinate with Business Heads, Departmental managers and Leadership for MIS preparation, review meetings, and MoM follow-ups
- Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence CMD.
- Advice in matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation.
- Filing, preparation, collation and distribution of supportive documentation, notes and correspondence.
- Screen telephone calls, letters & e mails.
- Calendar & Travel Management: Expertise in scheduling, planning itineraries, and arranging travel
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for reporting manager, and senior leadership
- Administrative and secretarial support for the meetings or events.
- Follow up Tasks delegated and keep information flow of status.
