Experience – 8 to 15+ Years

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support.
  • Manage Planner of CMD and organize commitments.
  • Follow up Tasks delegated and keep information flow of status.
  • Research on topics given.
  • Administrative and secretarial support for the meetings or events.
  • General administration assistance.
  • Follow up with internal team members & external stakeholders for reports, papers and correspondence.
  • Filing, preparation, collation and distribution of supportive documentation, notes and correspondence.
  • Screen telephone calls, letters & e mails.
  • Advice in matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence CMD.
  • Response in consultation to correspondence addressed to CMD.
