- Mother Teacher for Nursery to UKG serves as the primary caregiver and facilitator of learning, responsible for delivering age-appropriate lessons across language, pre-math, and environmental awareness, while integrating life skills, values, art, music, and play-based learning in alignment with early childhood education best practices.
- The role requires a warm and nurturing approach, strong command over spoken English, creativity in designing engaging activities, and the ability to manage a class with patience and empathy.
- The Mother Teacher fosters a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child, maintains accurate records of progress, and ensures regular, positive communication with parents.
- Need to collaborates with other teachers, participates in school events, and follows all policies, safety norms, and administrative guidelines to ensure a strong foundation for every child’s holistic growth.
- Nursery Teacher Training/Diploma in Early Years.
- 3-5 years’ experience in handling these classes (B.Ed. preferred)
