- A Co-Teacher for Nursery to UKG works closely with the Mother Teacher to facilitate a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children.
- The role involves assisting in lesson delivery, preparing and organizing teaching materials, guiding children during activities, ensuring discipline through positive reinforcement, and attending to individual student needs with patience and empathy.
- She assists in maintaining classroom records, supervises children during transitions, participates in school events, and ensures adherence to school policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards, contributing to the holistic growth and well-being of every child.
- Nursery Teacher Training/Diploma in Early Years.
- 3-5 years’ experience in handling these classes (B.Ed. preferred)
